Do you realize that the problem might be in your gut?
If you suffer from any of the symptoms in the box, then your problem may be stemming from an imbalance in your microbiome or what is referred to as Gut Dysbiosis, which can lead to Leaky Gut.
The gut is filled with trillions of bacteria, yeast and other microbes making up the “microbiome”. A healthy gut has a good balance of these microorganisms. Many of these microbes are “good” and essential for health. They help with digestion and help maintain the intestinal lining. More importantly, they keep the “bad” bacteria at bay. “Bad” bacteria overgrowth has been associated with increased inflammation, low immunity, allergies, obesity, anxiety and depression.

“Good” bacteria reduce inflammation, while “bad” bacteria promote it. When there is an imbalance or overgrowth of pro-inflammatory bacteria, they can irritate the gut lining causing it to be “leaky” allowing these inflammatory metabolites to enter the bloodstream and spread inflammation to all parts of the body. That is why poor gut health is linked to many chronic conditions such as allergies, diabetes, heart disease, some cancers and obesity.
